Receiver/Drier, Chrome with Bracket

The receiver/drier filters contaminants and moisture from the air conditioning system and helps supply a consistant flow of liquid refregerant to the expansion valve for proper cooling performance. It's highly recommended to replace the receiver drier when the a/c system is serviced or any of the a/c system componants are replaced. 

This receiver drier includes ports at the top of the drier to add optional pressure safety switch to protect the a/c system from excessive high or low system pressures.

Compatible with both R12 and 134a automotive refrigerants.
