Description

This bracket mounts the Sanden mini compressor “High and Tight” on LS engines with Truck/SUV (1999-2013) and Camaro (2010-15) crank pulley / water pump spacing. The 40-10700 is a narrow AC bracket that mounts 40-7176 compressor (AKA - “mini” Sanden SD7B10, 7176 Series) in front of the passenger’s side cylinder head. The system is driven by one main 6-rib serpentine belt.

This configuration is a perfect solution for 5.3L and 6.0L LS swaps in C10s and OBS trucks. This AC bracket works with your GM alternator/power-steering bracket. This AC bracket also allows you to swap to an LS1/LS2/LS3 low rise intake manifold.
